Meaning of Limmud

Limmud (lee-ḿude) is the Hebrew word for learning.

To Brian Limmud means…

“…a wide spectrum of learning. There are so many different facets of Jewish life, learning, and culture that interest me. Traditional text study has been something new for me over the past few years, but I also like to explore more isolated types of Jewish expression in the world. I look forward to exploring all of these concepts and more at this year's conference.”
